Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities for a designated team, including preparation of documentation, meeting minutes and project follow-ups.
- Conduct research and compile analytical reports to inform operational or commercial decisions.
- Assist in cross-functional projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet timelines and quality expectations.
- Prepare presentations and executive summaries for team meetings and stakeholder reviews.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with Rolex’s quality, security and brand-protection standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in a relevant discipline (business, engineering, horology, marketing or communications).
- Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical aptitude and intellectual curiosity.
- Professional demeanour, impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of workmanship.
- Proficiency in English and French is preferred; additional languages are an asset.
- Previous internship or project experience in a corporate or luxury-goods environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
