Rolex (Geneva) seeks an Interior Architect to design and deliver boutique and corporate interiors, managing concept, documentation and execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate interior design concepts for boutiques, flagships, corporate offices and client-facing environments consistent with brand standards.
- Produce detailed technical drawings, construction documentation and FF&E specifications for tender and execution phases.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation and quality control on site.
- Manage project budgets, schedules and procurement for interior fit-outs and refresh programmes.
- Oversee on-site build phases, perform regular site inspections and rectify non-conformances to guarantee workmanship and specification compliance.
- Translate brand guidelines into scalable rollout packages for multi-location implementation.
- Liaise with visual merchandising, retail operations and property teams to align spatial solutions with commercial objectives and customer journeys.
- Prepare presentation materials, mood boards and 3D visualisations for internal stakeholders and executive review.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Interior Architecture, Architecture or a closely related discipline.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating completed luxury retail or hospitality interior projects, including boutique rollouts or flagship stores.
- Proven experience writing technical specifications and producing construction documentation.
- Demonstrable ability to manage external consultants, contractors and suppliers through all project phases.
- Excellent project management skills, including budget control and schedule management.
- High standards of discretion, attention to detail and brand-sensitive design judgement.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of professional experience in interior architecture or interior design, with substantial exposure to high-end retail, luxury hospitality or boutique fit-outs. Demonstrated track record delivering projects from concept through to on-site execution and handover.
Education
Degree or diploma in Interior Architecture, Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
