Rolex seeks an Infrastructure Platform Manager in Geneva to lead MES infrastructure team and manage critical production systems.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with platform development team on technical initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Administer and supervise technical resources and infrastructure administrators
  • Optimize system availability, performance, and security across the MES infrastructure
  • Pilot and execute platform evolution and deployment activities
  • Manage complex Level 3 incidents and escalations within the critical infrastructure environment
  • Manage the lifecycle of the MES platform from deployment through maintenance and decommissioning
  • Ensure operational continuity of industrial production management services and workshop equipment systems
  • Deliver technical deliverables in alignment with project timelines and business requirements
  • Participate in management on-call rotation and advanced technical support services

Qualifications

  • Higher education in information technology (Engineering degree or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar management role leading a team of at least 5 infrastructure professionals
  • Operational expertise with critical system infrastructures including Microsoft Cluster, SQL Server AlwaysOn, load balancing, and Kubernetes
  • DevOps culture and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) proficiency
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills with demonstrated mastery of monitoring tools and dashboards
  • Information security awareness and best practices
  • Strong leadership capabilities and active listening skills
  • Client-oriented mindset with commitment to service excellence and interpersonal effectiveness
