Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and industrialize product ranges and nomenclatures for new products.
  • Contribute to the specification and updating of new processes.
  • Document various industrial scenarios and technical solutions.
  • Centralize and implement product-process evolutions in series production.
  • Manage projects while adhering to processes, standards, and budgets.
  • Build, maintain, and deliver feasibility dossiers by coordinating with contributing services.
  • Ensure the reliability of the technical definition of ranges (manufacturing dossier).
  • Develop, guarantee, and enhance shared standards within the team (target ranges, model plans, MPO models).

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent) in mechanics or microtechnology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management.

Skills

Clear and efficient communication with strong synthesis skills. Analytical capability with a strategic perspective. Ability to unite competencies and persuade stakeholders.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in managing industrial projects is required.

Education

Engineering degree in mechanics or microtechnology (HES, EPF, or equivalent).
