Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and industrialize product ranges and nomenclatures for new products.
  • Contribute to the specification and updating of new processes.
  • Document various industrial scenarios and technical solutions.
  • Centralize and implement product-process evolutions in series production.
  • Lead projects while adhering to processes, standards, and budgets.
  • Build, maintain, and deliver feasibility dossiers by coordinating with contributing services.
  • Ensure the reliability of the technical definition of ranges (manufacturing dossier).
  • Develop and enrich shared standards within the team (target ranges, model plans, MPO models).

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent) in mechanics or microtechnology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management.
  • Desired knowledge in product-process industrialization and associated tools.

Skills

Clear and efficient communication with strong synthesis skills. Analytical capability and strategic perspective. Ability to unite competencies and persuade stakeholders.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in industrial project management, preferably within the luxury or precision manufacturing sectors.

Education

Engineering degree in mechanics or microtechnology.
