ROLEX is building a talent pool for Industrialization Project Managers to support the rollout of its new industrial site in Bulle, canton of Fribourg. The role leads industrialization projects, coordinates cross-functional contributors and drives continuous improvement; initial training takes place in Geneva before the assignment continues in Fribourg.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead industrialization projects for new products, product lifecycle changes and new processes.
- Analyze requirements, develop industrial scenarios and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Plan and coordinate activities, resources, deliverables and milestones with business teams and internal or external partners.
- Ensure industrial qualification and compliance of technical data and applicable standards.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks and variances, and report on project progress.
- Lead project review meetings and align contributors around project objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of industrialization processes, tools and practices.
Qualifications
- Higher technical education, such as an EPF or HES engineering degree, a university qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in industrial project management, ideally in a demanding production environment.
- Knowledge of industrialization processes, industrial qualification and risk management.
- Proficiency with planning, project tracking, technical data management and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, set priorities and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Leadership, accountability, autonomy and thoroughness.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical ability and capacity to unite cross-functional teams.
- Availability to complete initial training in Geneva before continuing the assignment in the canton of Fribourg.
