Rolex is hiring an Industrialization Manager in Geneva — lead the industrialization & methods team to deliver production readiness and project execution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, organise and develop the industrialization and methods team to ensure unit performance and cohesion.
  • Set and communicate strategic orientations and individual objectives; coach, motivate and develop team members.
  • Manage operational and financial performance through tailored KPIs, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Plan and execute product industrialization projects to achieve series production targets and project milestones.
  • Drive evolution of the industrial toolset and manufacturing processes in alignment with broader strategy.
  • Ensure the durability and coherence of engineering changes implemented in series production (change control).
  • Maintain and validate technical data and documentation relevant to industrialization activities.
  • Conduct technological watch to identify opportunities and inform the unit’s technical roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated management experience with proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
  • Natural leadership with strong listening skills, empathy and exemplary professional conduct.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; capable of influencing across functions.
  • Autonomous decision-maker with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and a drive for proactivity.

Experience

Confirmed experience in management and industrialization, ideally gained in precision manufacturing or watchmaking environments; proven track record delivering new product introductions and driving operational performance.

Education

Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent).
