Rolex seeks an Industrialization Engineer in Bienne, Switzerland to optimize component manufacturing processes and manage technical production planning.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define manufacturing specifications and control methodologies for component production
  • Create base article data and establish component nomenclatures across the production range
  • Prepare comprehensive industrialization reports and technical documentation
  • Conduct and animate technical meetings to validate prototypes and establish industrial definitions
  • Plan and allocate resources and tasks to optimize production efficiency
  • Estimate and analyze manufacturing costs for components and processes

Qualifications

  • Diploma from a recognized technical school (ES) or engineering school (HES)
  • Advanced mechanical knowledge and microtechnique expertise within watchmaking
