Rolex seeks an Industrialization Engineer in Bienne, Switzerland to optimize component manufacturing processes and manage technical production planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define manufacturing specifications and control methodologies for component production
- Create base article data and establish component nomenclatures across the production range
- Prepare comprehensive industrialization reports and technical documentation
- Conduct and animate technical meetings to validate prototypes and establish industrial definitions
- Plan and allocate resources and tasks to optimize production efficiency
- Estimate and analyze manufacturing costs for components and processes
Qualifications
- Diploma from a recognized technical school (ES) or engineering school (HES)
- Advanced mechanical knowledge and microtechnique expertise within watchmaking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
Proven experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing process optimization, or industrial production planning, preferably within the watchmaking or precision component sector.
