Rolex — Geneva: Industrialisation Project Manager to manage product industrialisation data and lead manufacturing projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design product ranges and bills of materials (BOMs) for new product families.
- Support and coordinate teams on planning, scheduling and Methods activities to ensure manufacturability.
- Monitor PLM data governance and project data integrity; detect deviations and trigger appropriate corrective action plans.
- Develop, guarantee and enrich shared standards across the team (target ranges, model plans, MPO models).
- Execute mass updates of industrialisation data for series production within PLM and associated tools.
- Lead manufacturing projects in compliance with established processes, reference documentation and budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (HES / EPF or equivalent) in mechanical engineering or microtechnology.
- 3–5 years' experience managing industrial/manufacturing projects.
- Practical knowledge of product–process industrialisation and associated tools (PLM environment preferred).
- Strong aptitude for data management and governance.
- Clear, efficient communicator with strong synthesis skills and the ability to present technical information succinctly.
- Analytical thinker with capacity to take strategic overview and federate cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals.

3–5 years' hands‑on experience in industrial or manufacturing project management, ideally within precision engineering or watchmaking.
Education
Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) in mechanical engineering or microtechnology.
