Rolex seeks an Industrial Projects Manager in Geneva to lead transformational manufacturing programs and production line development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a comprehensive program of large-scale industrialisation projects
- Ensure global programme animation and coordination of associated project portfolios
- Plan and organize activities in alignment with defined project objectives
- Coordinate across multiple teams and project stakeholders
- Report on progress, milestone achievement, and deliverables against defined objectives
- Initiate and drive change management across multi-divisional teams
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in leading major programs and projects
- Strong technical competency and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent organizational skills and autonomy
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with strong synthesis skills
- Natural leadership and collaborative team spirit
