Rolex seeks an Industrial Projects Manager in Geneva to lead transformational manufacturing programs and production line development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee a comprehensive program of large-scale industrialisation projects
  • Ensure global programme animation and coordination of associated project portfolios
  • Plan and organize activities in alignment with defined project objectives
  • Coordinate across multiple teams and project stakeholders
  • Report on progress, milestone achievement, and deliverables against defined objectives
  • Initiate and drive change management across multi-divisional teams

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in leading major programs and projects
  • Strong technical competency and intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent organizational skills and autonomy
