Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a four-year alternating apprenticeship combining workplace placements and academic instruction toward a Bachelor in Industrial Management (PiBS).
- Support production teams across manufacturing operations, including assembly, process monitoring and routine quality checks.
- Contribute to improvement projects focused on process optimisation, new technologies integration and production efficiency.
- Collect and analyse production data to support continuous improvement and maintain production documentation.
- Follow and enforce strict quality, safety and compliance procedures consistent with haute horlogerie standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts; report progress and learnings to tutors and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Holder of, or currently completing, a Swiss federal maturity certificate (maturité fédérale) or an equivalent secondary-school diploma.
- Strong interest in industrial production, manufacturing processes and technical trades.
- Demonstrated curiosity, autonomy, proactivity and a methodical approach to problem solving.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in team-based production environments.
- Application package required: CV, cover letter in French, school transcripts for the last two semesters and most recent diploma.

No prior professional experience is required; the programme is designed for recent school-leavers or candidates in progress toward a maturity diploma who wish to pursue a Bachelor through alternating company placements and academic study.
Education
Swiss federal maturity (maturité fédérale) or equivalent diploma; candidates in the final stages of obtaining this qualification are eligible.
