Rolex Industrial Maintenance Technician
Rolex in Geneva seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain production equipment; permanent position requiring PLC, CNC and robotics knowledge.

Role & Responsibilities
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on industrial production equipment
- Coordinate and supervise external suppliers during corrective or preventive interventions
- Support procurement and commissioning of new production equipment and act as technical representative during installations
- Identify and propose process and equipment improvements and ensure their implementation
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, work instructions and procedures to enable skill transfer
- Provide technical support to equipment users and stakeholders
- Maintain constructive, trust-based relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Qualifications
- Technicien ES in industrial systems or CFC (Federal VET diploma) as an automation technician with complementary training
- Professional experience in industrial maintenance preferred
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC and robotics
- Knowledge of industrial IT/automation systems
- Good verbal and written reporting skills
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks in parallel and take initiative
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal ease
- OIBT authorisation (art. 15 or 15.4) considered an asset

Experience
Some professional experience in industrial maintenance is desired; candidates should be familiar with PLCs, CNC machines and robotic systems and comfortable supporting commissioning and supplier-led interventions.
Education
Technicien ES in industrial systems or CFC (apprenticeship qualification) as an automation technician, with complementary training.
