Rolex seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Bienne, Switzerland to maintain production equipment. Full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute corrective and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment
- Oversee and coordinate external vendor maintenance interventions
- Participate in the procurement process and commissioning of new production equipment
- Develop and implement equipment improvement solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Serve as technical representative during new equipment acquisition projects
- Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to equipment users
Qualifications
- Technician diploma (ES) in industrial systems or CFC automation apprenticeship with supplementary training
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC), CNC systems, and robotics
- Competency in industrial IT and control systems
- Strong written and verbal communication and reporting skills
- OIBT Article 15 or 15.4 authorization (preferred)
- Willingness to work shift schedules (2x8)

Professional experience in industrial maintenance is required. Familiarity with production equipment lifecycle management, from acquisition through commissioning and ongoing support, is essential.
Education
