Role & Responsibilities
- Translate operational and production needs into concrete data science and machine‑learning use cases in collaboration with field teams.
- Design and develop models for anomaly detection, diagnostic assistance and quality‑control improvement, including computer vision applications.
- Industrialise models and maintain solutions in production: deployment, performance monitoring, versioning and maintenance.
- Communicate analytical results clearly and provide actionable recommendations to support operational decision‑making.
- Promote data best practices, contribute to innovation initiatives and help develop a data‑driven culture within the production organisation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (MSc) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data science or machine‑learning, ideally within an industrial or production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to make complex technical subjects accessible to operational stakeholders.
- Strong analytical rigour, intellectual curiosity, autonomy and a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to build stakeholder buy‑in for projects.

Experience
Confirmed, hands‑on experience in data science or machine learning with a track record of deploying and industrialising models; experience in manufacturing or production contexts preferred.
Education
