Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for apprentices, from job posting to contract signing.
  • Oversee HR management and monitoring of Fribourg apprentices throughout their training, collaborating closely with authorities and internal and external partners.
  • Implement HR processes and coordinate activities with the Geneva Training Center, ensuring information sharing and alignment of current practices.
  • Participate in various HR projects and lead initiatives for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Organize and participate in promotional and recruitment activities for apprenticeships in the canton of Fribourg.
  • Conduct various operational activities and ensure the reliability of administrative processes related to apprentice management.

Qualifications

  • University degree, HES, or Federal Diploma in Human Resources.
  • Possession of a CFC and/or training in communication is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR management.
  • Excellent understanding of the Swiss education system.

Skills

Knowledge of key training partners in Fribourg and cantonal specifics. Organized and flexible, capable of working autonomously and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills, courtesy, active listening, and exemplary positive attitude.

Experience

Confirmed experience in recruitment and HR management is required.

Education

University degree, HES, or Federal Diploma in Human Resources.
