The Human Resources Intern supports recruitment and HR management activities at Rolex, including job advertisements, candidate processing, interview coordination and new-employee administration. The role is an internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and publish job advertisements.
- Assist with application processing, including receipt, data entry and filing, and search for candidate profiles in the recruitment tool.
- Arrange recruitment interviews, manage calendars and handle the team’s telephone calls.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including room reservations and preparation, and welcome candidates.
- Prepare files for new employees and support the team with selected administrative procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Very good command of MS Office tools.
- Flexible, meticulous and organized.
- Excellent team spirit.
