Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the reception of employees and visitors at the Human Resources department, including directing inquiries and taking messages.
- Assist in processing job applications.
- Organize and prepare recruitment interviews, including scheduling, room reservations, and candidate reception.
- Create and update physical and digital employee files, including scanning and filing documents.
- Handle various orders and support the team with administrative tasks, such as drafting HR correspondence and data entry in the ERP system.
Skills
Experience
No specific experience required, but previous exposure to administrative tasks or HR functions is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
