Rolex HR Assistant position in Bienne, Switzerland. Support training and apprenticeship programmes in a luxury watchmaking environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage administrative follow-up for apprenticeship events and programmes
- Coordinate administrative procedures related to training organization and implementation
- Plan and organize professional training courses for apprentices
- Provide administrative support to the Professional Training Centre Manufacture division
Qualifications
- CFC (Commercial Employee Certificate) or equivalent qualification
- Ability to establish rapport with stakeholders and interlocutors
- Aptitude for building and maintaining trust-based working relationships
- Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Autonomy and collaborative team orientation
