Rolex in Geneva seeks an HR Training Specialist to design and deliver learning programmes across the organisation (HR Training Specialist, Geneva).
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement global and local learning programmes aligned with organisational priorities and talent strategies.
- Conduct training needs analyses in partnership with business leaders and HR partners to identify capability gaps.
- Create instructional materials and e-learning content; adapt curriculum for classroom, virtual and blended delivery.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions for employees and managers; act as a facilitator and coach for leadership development initiatives.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course deployment, user management and reporting.
- Measure learning effectiveness through KPIs, post-training evaluation and ROI analyses; produce regular training progress reports.
- Manage external vendors and training providers; oversee vendor selection, contracting and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance training and mandatory learning are completed and documented; support onboarding and induction programmes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in learning & development, HR training or organisational development; experience in luxury goods or manufacturing preferred.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training for diverse audiences, including managers and technical staff.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with demonstrable experience leading workshops.
- Experience administering an LMS and familiarity with e-learning design principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.

Experience
At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in learning & development or HR training roles, preferably with exposure to manufacturing, technical training or luxury goods environments. Demonstrated track record of designing, delivering and evaluating programmes for multi-level audiences.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology or equivalent; advanced certification in L&D or instructional design preferred.
