Role & Responsibilities

  • Organise and coordinate recruitment interview logistics
  • Welcome candidates, participate in interviews, and compile debriefing reports
  • Prepare HR correspondence and contract documentation for signature
  • Support organisation of employee lifecycle events and manage filing systems
  • Participate in HR projects, procedure documentation, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Management or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
