Rolex in Geneva seeks an HR Specialist — Vocational Training to manage recruitment and HR for apprentices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for apprentices: publish positions, screen applications, liaise with candidates, parents, partner schools and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct selection activities including administration of recruitment tests, interviews and coordination of trial periods and recruitment stages, through to offer and contract signature.
- Support apprenticeship supervisors (Maîtres d'apprentissage) in HR-related matters throughout the apprentice lifecycle — probation, school attendance, absenteeism, technical skill acquisition and professional conduct.
- Act as the HR point of contact for apprentices and their parents, addressing queries and resolving issues as required.
- Ensure working conditions that enable apprentices to complete their training successfully and safely.
- Lead and deliver projects related to the apprentice population (program improvements, reporting, onboarding initiatives).
- Contribute to recruitment and promotional events; organise and animate events for apprentices, supervisors and parents.
- Represent Rolex at partner training institutions' events and maintain relationships with external education partners.
Qualifications
- University degree, HES diploma or federal diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Holding a CFC (Certificat Fédéral de Capacité) is a plus.
- Proven experience in recruitment and personnel management, specifically with apprentices/trainees.
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss vocational training system.
- Native-level French with excellent written communication skills.
- Organised, methodical and able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills, courtesy and active listening.

A confirmed track record in recruitment and HR management for apprentices or trainees, ideally within the Swiss vocational training context and with experience coordinating with partner schools and internal operational teams.
Education
University degree or HES diploma or federal diploma in Human Resources; possession of a CFC is advantageous.
