Rolex SA, Geneva – HR Recruitment & Administration Intern (6-month internship) supporting recruitment and HR operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and publish recruitment job announcements and manage candidate application administration
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and ensure logistical readiness of interview spaces and provide candidate reception support
- Observe interviews as needed and maintain necessary documentation for the recruitment process
- Prepare new hire files, employment contract documents, and HR correspondence
- Provide meticulous support to HR administrative activities, including document management, procedure updates, employee event coordination, and ad-hoc project tracking
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree programme in Hospitality Management or equivalent field
- Strong written and organizational capabilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Excellent teamwork and discretion
- Six-month internship duration
