Role & Responsibilities
- Manage reception for employees and visitors at the HR desk, including directing enquiries and taking messages
- Support candidate processing and application tracking
- Organise and prepare recruitment interviews (scheduling, room reservations, candidate welcome)
- Create and update physical and electronic employee records
- Handle routine procurement and assist the HR team with administrative procedures and ad hoc tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme (Hospitality Management or equivalent)
- Strong organisational and planning abilities
- Very good proficiency with MS Office
- Autonomous, rigorous and able to work effectively within a team
- Good oral and written communication skills

Student-level internship; no prior professional experience required beyond academic coursework and any relevant administrative or reception experience.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Hospitality Management or equivalent).
