Rolex seeks a Human Resources Intern to support an HR team serving the Production and Research & Development divisions. The intern will assist with recruitment coordination, candidate interviews, HR documentation, employee lifecycle events, and process improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize the logistics of recruitment interviews.
  • Welcome candidates, participate in interviews, and relay debriefing feedback.
  • Prepare HR correspondence and files for contract signature.
  • Contribute to organizing employee lifecycle events and filing employee records.
  • Participate in HR projects, procedure drafting, and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • Comfortable using IT tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good spelling, strong organizational skills, rigour, and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Critical thinking, proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Team spirit, an interest in human resources, and ease in social interactions.
