Rolex Geneva: HR Apprenticeship Support Intern role supporting HR teams in managing the apprentice population.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support administrative management of apprentices from recruitment through contract completion
- Contribute to the organization and coordination of apprentice-related events and initiatives
- Participate in the execution of multiple projects concerning the apprentice population
- Ensure thorough and meticulous follow-up of administrative files throughout the apprenticeship process
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent program
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss educational system (valued asset)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and methodically
- Team-oriented mindset with strong curiosity and initiative
