Rolex in Geneva seeks an HR & Recruitment Intern to support hiring, onboarding and HR administration for the Swiss team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, CV screening and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System and HR files.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including documentation, induction scheduling and administrative set-up.
- Prepare and deliver routine HR documentation, correspondence and reports; ensure accurate record keeping and data confidentiality.
- Assist the HR team on ad hoc projects such as employer branding, campus relations and process improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, payroll, facilities) to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with professional discretion handling confidential information.
- Proactive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work effectively within a small, high-performing HR team.
- Fluency in French or English is advantageous; additional language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
Experience
Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, campus relations or administrative roles is advantageous but not required; candidates should demonstrate practical exposure to recruiting processes or HR administration through coursework, projects or short placements.
Education
Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
