Role & Responsibilities
- Administer end-to-end HR operational processes including employee records, contracts, changes of status and personnel file maintenance in compliance with internal policies and Swiss employment law.
- Coordinate payroll interface and liaise with payroll providers to ensure accurate, timely salary processing, benefits deductions and statutory contributions.
- Manage statutory social security, benefits administration and obligations (insurances, family allowances, work permits) in coordination with external advisors and local authorities.
- Operate and maintain the HRIS: ensure data integrity, produce routine and ad-hoc HR reports and support system upgrades and integrations.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding logistics, probation monitoring and administrative support for mobility, leaves and absences.
- Support recruitment administration, pre-employment checks and employment contract preparation in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, documentation and internal controls; ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in HR administration within a multinational or luxury-goods environment.
- Practical knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security systems and statutory employment obligations.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and demonstrable ability to manage confidential information.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English to operate in a bilingual corporate environment.

Typically 3–5 years of hands-on HR administration experience in a corporate, multinational or luxury environment, with direct exposure to payroll coordination, HRIS management and Swiss employment practice.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent; professional HR certification is an asset.
