Rolex internship in Bienne: support food and beverage operations and internal events. Six-month hospitality role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor food and beverage service delivery at internal points of sale and assess operational adaptations
- Participate in the planning and execution of internal corporate events
- Develop and design internal communications materials and messaging
- Conduct audits of catering operations, dining infrastructure, and related communication elements
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent hospitality qualification
- Prior experience in hospitality, food and beverage operations, or event management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Proactive, autonomous approach to work with demonstrated service mindset and team collaboration
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
