Rolex in Geneva seeks a Watchmaking Apprentice to assemble mechanical movements and learn professional watch assembly (apprenticeship).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assemble components of mechanical watch movements with precision and autonomy according to provided specifications.
  • Install dials, fit hands, perform casing (emboîtage) and attach bracelets while respecting production and quality standards.
  • Execute assigned assembly operations autonomously under established productivity and quality guidelines.
  • Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures; maintain clean, organized workstation and proper tool care.
  • Participate in on-the-job training with experienced trainers and apply feedback to improve technique and efficiency.
