Rolex in Geneva seeks a Watchmaking Apprentice to assemble mechanical movements and learn professional watch assembly (apprenticeship).
Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble components of mechanical watch movements with precision and autonomy according to provided specifications.
- Install dials, fit hands, perform casing (emboîtage) and attach bracelets while respecting production and quality standards.
- Execute assigned assembly operations autonomously under established productivity and quality guidelines.
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures; maintain clean, organized workstation and proper tool care.
- Participate in on-the-job training with experienced trainers and apply feedback to improve technique and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Excellent visual acuity and sustained concentration.
- Exceptional manual dexterity, patience and attention to detail.
- Logical, methodical mindset with the ability to follow precise technical instructions.
