Rolex Watchmaking Apprenticeship in Bienne, Switzerland – comprehensive horological training program combining theory and hands-on precision work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electronic watch movements with precision and attention to detail
- Regulate and calibrate watch movements to ensure accurate timekeeping
- Attach watch dials, hands, and other components according to specifications
- Case finished watches and perform final quality assurance checks
- Conduct maintenance and repair work on watch mechanisms as needed
- Analyze production processes and develop improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and technical drawing
- Excellent vision and visual acuity for detailed work
- Demonstrated ability to concentrate and sustain attention during precision tasks
- Exceptional patience, accuracy, and manual dexterity
