Rolex Group Team Leader position in Bienne, Switzerland. Lead multidisciplinary production teams in the Ebauches division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage resources and oversee production team activities and operations
- Develop and motivate team members, fostering professional growth and engagement
- Ensure schedules, quality standards, and costs are met across the assigned scope
- Promote and challenge continuous improvement practices and process optimization
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent (e.g., Technicien ES in business processes)
- Proven management experience in production or manufacturing environments
- Ability to lead and federate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Clear communication skills with capacity to drive change and provide strategic direction
