Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the industrialization of movements (ébauches).
  • Plan, coordinate and animate activities related to methods development and product industrialization.
  • Balance workload and team capacity according to priorities and new-product projects.
  • Anticipate and analyse production needs and define appropriate technical and organisational responses.
  • Foster a customer-supplier mindset between industrialization and production teams to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve objectives, increase autonomy and build competencies.
  • Promote and implement a Lean culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Create an environment that supports collective performance through clear communication, trust and team cohesion.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (HES) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven leadership with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Solid background in production and industrialization processes, preferably within watchmaking or precision manufacturing.
  • Result-driven mindset with a strong orientation to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to federate teams around common goals.
  • High initiative, autonomy and a strong sense of commitment.
