Role & Responsibilities
- Position pearls and gemstones on luxury jewelry and watch components with precise angles and coordination
- Select and evaluate the optimal placement of precious, semi-precious, and synthetic stones
- Coordinate stone arrangements to ensure proper light reflection and aesthetic harmony
- Perform detailed gemstone setting work under the supervision of experienced trainers
- Maintain rigorous quality standards and attention to technical precision throughout the setting process
