Rolex seeks a Freight Forwarder in Geneva to manage export operations, customs documentation, and logistics coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and monitor the export of all merchandise via air freight, maritime freight, road transport, or integrated carrier services
- Prepare and ensure compliance of customs export documentation
- Verify accuracy and completeness of all export documents
- Maintain communication with internal departments and external transport partners and regulatory authorities
Qualifications
- Commercial apprenticeship diploma (CFC) with specialization in logistics and international transport, or equivalent credential
- Proven professional experience in international commerce, preferably with a shipper or freight forwarder
- Expert proficiency with standard office software and SAP ERP system
- Fluent in French and English
- Demonstrated versatility, initiative, and discretion
- Strong collaborative team orientation
