Rolex SA internship in Food & Beverage Operations in Bienne, Switzerland. Six-month full-time position supporting catering coordination and food service management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations and coordination of food and beverage activities
  • Assist in implementing and managing catering concepts
  • Establish, coordinate, and monitor internal communications related to food services
  • Evaluate catering service provider performance and adherence to standards
  • Maintain documentation and records pertaining to food service operations

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a culinary or hospitality management school program or equivalent
