Rolex SA internship in Food & Beverage Operations in Bienne, Switzerland. Six-month full-time position supporting catering coordination and food service management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and coordination of food and beverage activities
- Assist in implementing and managing catering concepts
- Establish, coordinate, and monitor internal communications related to food services
- Evaluate catering service provider performance and adherence to standards
- Maintain documentation and records pertaining to food service operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a culinary or hospitality management school program or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service, catering, or event management
- Excellent organizational and written communication skills
- Strong analytical capability with demonstrated prioritization skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and self-directed with demonstrated initiative
- Proficient with standard office software and digital tools
