Rolex is hiring a Finishing Operator in Fribourg, Switzerland. This full-time role involves polishing and buffing watch components, ensuring quality control, and participating in process improvements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute finishing operations, including polishing and buffing of prepared surfaces.
- Ensure dimensional and aesthetic control of produced components.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in polishing and buffing of watchmaking components is a significant advantage.
- AFP of Polisher is advantageous.
- Knowledge of automatic or semi-automatic finishing is beneficial.
