Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and machine finishing operations on watch components (cases, bracelets, dials, movement parts) to meet Rolex surface-quality standards.
  • Polish, satin-brush and bevel components using lathes, polishing wheels and hand tools to achieve defined textures and tolerances.
  • Inspect surfaces under magnification to detect defects and perform corrective micro-finishing.
  • Collaborate with assembly, quality control and production planning to ensure component flow and conformance to timing targets.
  • Document process parameters, tool usage and non-conformities in line with internal traceability requirements.
  • Maintain and care for specialised finishing tools and polishing equipment; participate in preventative maintenance and housekeeping of the workstation.

Qualifications
