Rolex seeks a Financial Controller in Geneva, Switzerland. This role involves managing financial processes and acting as a business partner to subsidiaries.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including budget, quarterly forecasts, and CAPEX.
  • Plan and coordinate various phases of financial processes.
  • Analyze and challenge financial submissions from subsidiaries.
  • Prepare consolidated summaries and documents for presentation to management.
  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational results.
  • Conduct monthly performance tracking for the Group and its subsidiaries.
  • Identify discrepancies between forecasts and actuals, proposing improvement strategies.
  • Conduct specific financial analyses as needed.
  • Formulate recommendations based on findings.
  • Act as a business partner to the Finance teams of subsidiaries.
  • Ensure harmonization of practices, adherence to financial processes, and compliance with reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics or Accounting, or Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting, or Federal Diploma of Expert in Finance and Controlling.
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller in a large international company, ideally within the luxury industry.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS standards.

Skills

Proficiency in financial ERP tools, particularly SAP and D365. Advanced skills in MS Excel, including complex functions and pivot tables. Ability to produce detailed reports and analyses using financial tools. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Excellent communication and client orientation. Organized, conscientious, and proactive. Strong team spirit, effective and able to work independently.

Experience

Over 5 years of experience in financial controlling within a large international company, preferably in the luxury sector.

Education

University degree in Economics or Accounting, or equivalent professional qualifications.
