Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for financial systems.
  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design for ERP, consolidation and reporting platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, planning tools).
  • Coordinate and execute system configuration, testing (UAT), data migration validation and post-deployment stabilization.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards and KPIs using BI tools; ensure data integrity and reconciliation between source systems.
  • Manage change requests, prioritization and stakeholder communications within project governance frameworks.
  • Provide end‑user training, documentation and second‑line support for finance applications and integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent; Master's preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate complex finance processes into technical requirements and test cases.

  • Fluent English; proficiency in French strongly preferred.
