Rolex in Geneva seeks a Senior Finance IT Business Analyst (SAP FI/CO) to manage FI/CO support, S/4HANA projects and finance-system optimisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the subject-matter expert and primary contact for the SAP FI/CO module, ensuring operational continuity and functional evolution.
- Contribute to finance domain projects including automation, digitalisation of financial flows and S/4HANA migration activities.
- Manage, prioritise and resolve incidents and change requests on the FI/CO module, coordinating with IT and business stakeholders.
- Control and optimise financial interfaces and workflow processes to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
- Design, maintain and harmonise chart of accounts and analytical axes across sites to support closing and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and maintain structured documentation; deliver user training and change-management support for finance system evolutions.
- Ensure technical and regulatory compliance of SAP solutions through monitoring OSS notes, security settings and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in management information systems or finance IT, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including interfaces and workflow configuration.
- Practical experience with period-end closing processes and analytical reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to model complex processes and produce clear, structured documentation.
- Knowledge of SAP security requirements, OSS notes and regulatory/compliance considerations.
- Autonomous, solution-oriented, highly organised and capable of contributing to multiple projects in parallel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, pedagogy and experience supporting change with diverse internal stakeholders.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in finance-related IT roles, with hands-on responsibility for SAP FI/CO support, interface management and participation in projects such as S/4HANA migration; experience in an industrial or operational environment is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
