Rolex SA seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Geneva to manage building operations and maintenance across multiple facilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage material handling and relocation operations across administrative and industrial facilities
- Execute diverse building trades tasks and maintenance activities
- Coordinate and oversee construction and maintenance work with colleagues and external contractors
- Perform general facilities administration and upkeep duties
- Manage inventory and stock control related to facilities operations
Qualifications
- CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) as a Facilities Operations Agent or equivalent building trades certification
- Several years of successful experience in building trades or facilities maintenance
- Category B driving license (minimum); forklift certification preferred
- Cross-functional knowledge of building trades and construction disciplines
- Proficiency with standard computer tools and office software
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor safely and efficiently
