Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination and correspondence.
  • Organize international and domestic travel itineraries, visas and accommodation; manage travel expenses and reconciliation.
  • Prepare briefings, presentations and confidential documents; draft and edit internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, board materials and event logistics; take minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining discretion and representing the executive office with professional poise.
  • Manage projects and ad-hoc assignments that require liaising with Finance, Legal, HR and other corporate functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, preferably within a multinational or luxury environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English; additional languages advantageous.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to prioritise competing demands under pressure.

Experience
