Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in event preparation meetings and contribute to the planning process
- Support organisation and logistical follow-up for corporate and client-facing events
- Coordinate operations with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
- Oversee on-site coordination and ensure smooth execution of activities on the day of the event
- Handle internal requests and provide administrative assistance to the Reception and Events team
- Attend post-event debriefs and synthesize feedback to inform continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme in Hospitality Management or an equivalent field
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in French
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Discreet professional demeanour and a collaborative team orientation
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Availability for a 6-month internship

Experience
No extensive prior professional experience required; current academic enrollment is mandatory. Previous internships or part‑time experience in hospitality, events or guest services is advantageous but not required.

Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
