Rolex is seeking an Events Administration Intern for its Communication & Image division to support administrative preparation of materials for events. The intern will coordinate event requests, orders, promotional-item deliveries and communications with clients and partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track events in the CRM.
- Coordinate requests from the Sponsoring and Hospitality departments.
- Place sales orders in SAP and arrange transport orders.
- Schedule delivery of promotional items to event venues.
- Manage event-related exchanges, messages and emails with external clients, subsidiaries and internal partners, including Sponsoring, Corporate Event and technicians.
- Provide support with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable communicating in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Conscientious and organised.
- Methodical and communicative.
