Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle, pack and repair event equipment both in workshop and on site, ensuring gear is transport-ready and maintained to Rolex standards.
  • Load and unload crates, displays and technical equipment, overseeing safe material handling and secure stowage.
  • Install and dismantle on-site brand visibility elements and exhibition fittings to guarantee optimal presentation of Rolex at events.
  • Plan and coordinate logistical tasks before, during and after events; liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare installations and verify the correct functioning of technical systems and displays throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Perform technical follow-up on event dossiers with suppliers and internal stakeholders; document activities and produce post-event reports.
  • Organise field logistics and ensure ongoing technical maintenance of installations during events.

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or equivalent vocational training.
  • Willingness to travel extensively worldwide and work regular weekends (approximately 120 days per year).
  • Valid driving licence; forklift operator certification (cariste) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong adaptability to changing operational conditions.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour.

Experience

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in event logistics, technical operations or a related field; experience supporting high-profile or luxury-brand events is advantageous.

Education

Technical vocational qualification or equivalent (BTS/BT/technical diploma) in a relevant discipline.
