Rolex SA seeks an Environmental Performance Intern in Geneva to analyze and reduce manufacturing impact across watchmaking processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate environmental baseline data across the designated production scope
- Assess environmental impacts using lifecycle assessment (LCA) methodology
- Contribute to formalizing the roadmap for priority environmental improvement initiatives
- Participate in the implementation and deployment of improvement actions
- Provide communication and reporting to key stakeholders
- Travel periodically to various production sites as required
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in environmental science and engineering, sustainable management and technology, energy and environment, natural systems, or horology with a sustainability focus, or equivalent
- Proficiency with lifecycle assessment (LCA) methodologies and tools
- Competency with standard office software tools
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
- Demonstrated interest in watchmaking and the horological industry

Experience
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainable technology, energy systems, or horology with sustainability specialization.
Education
Master's level study in environmental science and engineering, sustainable management and technology, energy and environment, natural systems, or horology with sustainability orientation, or equivalent qualification.
