Rolex SA seeks an Environmental Performance Intern in Geneva to analyze and reduce manufacturing impact across watchmaking processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consolidate environmental baseline data across the designated production scope
  • Assess environmental impacts using lifecycle assessment (LCA) methodology
  • Contribute to formalizing the roadmap for priority environmental improvement initiatives
  • Participate in the implementation and deployment of improvement actions
  • Provide communication and reporting to key stakeholders
  • Travel periodically to various production sites as required

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in environmental science and engineering, sustainable management and technology, energy and environment, natural systems, or horology with a sustainability focus, or equivalent
  • Proficiency with lifecycle assessment (LCA) methodologies and tools
  • Competency with standard office software tools
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
  • Demonstrated interest in watchmaking and the horological industry
