Rolex in Geneva seeks an Enterprise Architect to lead SI strategy for Finance, HR and Procurement (French & English required).
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the management solution ecosystem (Finance, HR, Procurement & Supply, General Services), including vendors, portfolios and operating models.
- Define and articulate the strategic IT roadmap for the management perimeter, ensuring alignment between information systems and corporate objectives.
- Contribute to the framing and successful delivery of transformation programmes across the management domain.
- Design, document and promulgate architecture frameworks, standards and patterns to accelerate consistent project execution.
- Strengthen, convene and animate the community of technical and solution architects responsible for the perimeter.
- Participate in the definition of Rolex’s IT systems strategy and the associated project portfolio.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (EPF), university diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in IT architecture, solution design and/or business analysis.
- Proven expertise in software architecture and systems integration.
- Solid understanding of data architecture and data governance principles.
- Experience in consulting and/or industry is desirable.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong empathy, communication and mediation capabilities.
- Analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity and capacity to rapidly develop domain expertise.
- Strong service orientation and attention to quality.
Skills
Experience
Between 5 and 10 years in roles such as IT/enterprise architect, solution designer or business analyst, with experience in both consulting and industrial environments considered an advantage.
Education
Engineering degree (EPF), university degree or equivalent.
