Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand and master the challenges associated with the energy transition in an industrial company, particularly in relation to evolving legal frameworks.
  • Control and ensure the quality of energy data and associated expenses, including billing.
  • Participate in the budgeting process for the company's energy costs and projects within the unit.
  • Monitor the consumption of building-specific installations (HVAC) and production processes, conducting investigations to initiate optimization actions.
  • Consolidate the deployment of the energy monitoring software.
  • Propose, initiate, and lead action plans and projects on various themes and scales.
  • Oversee and ensure the proper execution of related works.
  • Ensure the follow-up and reporting of implemented actions, preventing deviations.
  • Communicate and make visible the completed projects to stakeholders.
  • Participate in legal monitoring related to numerous energy and associated themes.

Qualifications

  • HES/EPF engineering degree, ideally with a focus on Thermal/Energy Systems.
  • Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, preferably in construction.
  • Strong interest in energy topics and sustainable development.

Skills

Good knowledge of BREEAM/LEED labels is an asset. Strong numerical skills and ability to analyze large data sets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and synthesis ability. Interpersonal skills, ease in relationships, collaborative and dynamic spirit. Proficiency in office IT tools and ability to integrate specific software.

Experience

Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, preferably in the construction sector.

Education

HES/EPF engineering degree, ideally with a focus on Thermal/Energy Systems.
