Role & Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain VMware Horizon and Workspace ONE platforms.
- Manage VDI clients and mobile devices (iOS and Android) across the estate.
- Operate application distribution and deployment processes for endpoints.
- Investigate and resolve level‑3 incidents and technical problems related to client platforms.
- Conduct audits of the device estate to monitor lifecycle, evolution and utilization rates.
- Monitor technology trends and propose platform and client evolutions.
- Contribute actively to team projects, migrations and platform upgrades.
Qualifications
- Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in IT or equivalent technical qualification.
- Several years of proven, hands‑on experience in virtualization with VMware Horizon.
- Practical experience administering MDM platforms and mobile device fleets (iOS/Android).
- Strong organisational skills, reliability and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
- Good command of English.

Experience
Several years of confirmed professional experience in virtualization (VMware Horizon) and in administering VDI and mobile device platforms, including handling level‑3 incidents and application distribution.
Education
Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in IT or equivalent
