Role & Responsibilities
- Deposit electrochemical coatings onto metal and synthetic substrates using specialized bath solutions
- Monitor, maintain, and adjust chemical and physical parameters of electroplating baths through rigorous analysis
- Ensure optimal durability and aesthetic finish of treated components
- Maintain precision and methodical adherence to technical protocols in a laboratory and production environment
- Support senior technicians and trainers in daily manufacturing operations
